REFRESH is a new way to experience personal improvement.  We are a community center for wellness.  Enjoy beautiful, state of the art studios along with cozy areas to have a cup of tea and just hang out.  Our concept has redefined the way we relax our minds and rejuvenate our bodies.

Walk through our doors and be transported.  Soft music, flickering candles, and enchanting aromas set the mood.  You set the agenda: take a yoga class, read a book, attend a workshop, enjoy a recital.  We invite you to be inspired.

Perched among the whispering pines of Crestline, CA, Refresh on the Mountain is a sanctuary that seems made “just for yoga.” The beauty of our expansive studio with 20 ft. open beam ceilings, creates an immediate sense of serenity. Elevated above the rush of everyday life, you can feel the noise and tension fall away.  Practicing yoga at Refresh on the Mountain becomes more than movement and breath; it becomes a conversation with nature. Each pose feels more rooted, each moment of stillness more profound.

Gentle Yoga - Calm, welcoming classes that focus on basic postures, simple breathing, and foundational alignment. Perfect if you’re brand-new, returning after a break, or managing limitations.

Intermediate Yoga - For those ready to explore deeper strength, balance, and flexibility. Expect more flowing sequences, mindful challenges, and expanded breathwork and relaxation.

Advanced Yoga - Dynamic, physically and mentally engaging classes that refine technique, build powerful strength and agility, and deepen meditation and inner awareness.
