CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SOVEREIGN WARRIOR FLOWTuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 7:30a.m. This is a morning Vinyasa-based flow with Ashtanga influence, built for those who are committed to growth, physically, mentally, and beyond the mat. Each class follows a structured sequence with progressive layering, allowing you to build familiarity while steadily expanding what you’re capable of. Strength develops. Mobility increases. Awareness sharpens. The pace is moderate, with intentional holds and a continuous connection between breath and movement. When that connection drifts, we pause, reset, and begin again, because that ability to recalibrate isn’t just part of the practice, it’s a skill you carry into how you move through life. This is a mixed-level class. Modifications are offered using blocks, straps, blankets, and wall support, but the expectation is engagement—meeting yourself where you are and being open to what’s possible with consistent practice.

ALL LEVELS YOGATuesday & Thursday 10:00 a.m. The All-Levels Class is taught using Classical Yoga sequencing using a broad range of postures including sun salutations, seated, lying down, and balance poses with breathwork designed to unify the mind and body. This Class is designed to accommodate every level, from beginner to advanced. Even if you are entirely new to yoga, you can join this class and participate.

VINYASA FLOWWednesday & Friday 9:15 a.m. This class offers a balanced blend of strength, mobility, balance, and mindful movement in a supportive, encouraging environment. Designed for students who are ready for a bit more challenge, the class builds heat and stability while still emphasizing proper alignment, breath, and modifications. Expect a steady flow of movement, longer-held poses, core and balance work, and opportunities to explore your edge. Options are always offered, making the class accessible without feeling overly beginner-focused or intimidating. Perfect for those looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energized and grounded.

GENTLE YOGAWednesday & Friday 10:45 a.m. This gentle class is designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation in a safe and comfortable environment. Movements are slow and easy to follow, with options for all levels and abilities. Chairs and props may be used to provide extra support and stability. Each session includes gentle stretching, breathing exercises, light balance work, and guided relaxation to help improve mobility, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Perfect for older adults looking to stay active, increase confidence in movement, and enjoy a calm, supportive community atmosphere.

COMMUNITY FLOWTuesday & Thursday 6:00 p.m. Enjoy a mixed level yoga class that includes a theme and meditation, a flow that will challenge you and help you find expansion, ending with meditative sound bowl work. End your day centered and relaxed.

SACRED FIRE VINYASASaturday 9:15 a.m. Dynamic and energetic yoga in the Vinyasa tradition with careful attention to the linkage of movement with breath, meticulous alignment, and an emphasis on safety and respect for one’s physiology. Hellen teaches that yoga is a moving meditation; attention follows energy, and that the linking of movement with breath improves this flow of energy in the body, which supports a balanced, calm mind, agility, physical strength, and courage.
